With the advent of the internet, all other forms of advertising have had to restructure. Pricing has had to come down and effectiveness demonstrated. A sign on a stick no matter how fancy can never compare to coming up high in internet listings. Phone book anyone? Newspaper ad? Blimp? Sky writing? Sign on bus stop? Flyers? Direct mail?

First business: "Hey did you see one of my 300 flyers i handed out?" Second business: "Did you see one of my 700,000 Google Ads that appeared when people actually looking for my product searched?"
